AMINE LAOUEDJ

Managing Director and Co-Founder, Glenshore

Amine Laouedj is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of boutique investment bank Glenshore, headquartered in London, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. Beyond the deal room, he is the author of Sold On, a series of articles and podcast episodes, and the host of What It Means for Business (WIMB), a weekly video podcast. He writes about the decisions that define business legacies, and what principled business leaders can do differently.

His track record spans more than 20 transactions globally exceeding $6 billion in cumulative value across corporate finance, M&A, and strategy. He advised listed and mid-market companies, Private Equity firms, and government bodies including Tesco, Tengelmann, Time Warner, Adecco, China Zenith, and CCMP Capital. He trained at Rothschild and held roles at Goetzpartners, Wagram Corporate Finance, and other advisory firms in Paris and London.

His writing draws on deal mechanics, behavioral economics, game theory, and the anthropology of organizations to examine the forces reshaping the global business environment and the dilemmas of leadership.

Amine graduated from Pantheon-Assas University in Paris with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in Finance. He also strengthened his Corporate Finance expertise at EM Lyon Business School. He holds dual British and French citizenship.
